He serves as a principal organiser of the British Bangladeshi Young Talent Awards, helping to recognise outstanding young individuals and celebrate their achievements. He has also organised multiple cultural events featuring prominent Bangladeshi artists across the UK.
As Managing Director for the Award Ceremony, Jubear oversees event organisation, operational coordination, community engagement and cultural programme development. His leadership and practical knowledge contribute to the successful planning and delivery of events that celebrate achievement, recognise talent, and bring communities together.
